Information on the Pokemon Eevee and its seven evolutions--including a walkthrough on where to go to obtain each.
Below is the Pokemon Eevee. As of Generation V, it has seven possible evolutions; these are Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, and Glaceon.
Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon all evolve from a water, thunder, or fire stone (respectively).
Espeon and Umbreon evolve from happiness and coincide with the time of day (day and night, respectively, Generation II-onward).
Leafeon and Glaceon evolve from being at certain areas of the game. (Generation IV-onward)
How to obtain an Eevee
Generation I. Eevee can be obtained by walking into the back entrance of the Celadon mansion in Red, Blue, Yellow and Green.
Generation II. (Gold, Silver, Crystal), it can be obtained from Bill, or bought in the game corner for 6,666 coins (Gold/Silver exclusive).
Generation III. Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, and Colosseum it must be traded to the game from past versions. In Fire Red or Leaf Green, it is again possible to walk into the back door of the Celadon Mansion and obtain it. However, Pokemon XD is the only game to give it to you as a starter.
Generation IV. Diamond and Pearl require you to obtain the National Dex before talking to Bebe, who will then give you an Eevee for your hard work. However, in Platinum, you must only talk to Bebe in Hearthome City. It is also available in the trophy garden in all three (Generation IV). Again, in Heart Gold and Soul Silver, it is obtained from Bill or bought in the Game Corner for 6,666 coins. In the Pal Park version, it is caught in Field. And in Pokewalker, it is obtained through sightseeing.
Generation V. Eevee is only avaliable through trade for Black and White, unless it is caught in Pokémon Café Forest of Dream World.
Stats
Eevee has a poor stat total of 325, which can be compared to that of Grimer or Magnemite. All of its stats are close to 55, although it's Special Attack is a low 40 and Special Defense is a high 65. It is recommended to evolve Eevee as soon as possible considering it can learn any important moves in its new form at approximately the same level (only applies before level 30, any above that are replaced with specialty moves).
Moves
Eevee is capable of learning 12 moves by leveling up, and 19 my TM.
